ok i found the pwd file but the access is denied. i open and looked at all the files i'm alowed to look at and i found the name of the root. i also found a page (php) that tells you can mail somthing to the root and i found a string wich is probebly the pwd but i don't have any idea how to decrypt it :\
i only know it's a hash and that it can't be MD5 because it's unbreakable(almost) and i tryed a lot of other encryption.. -don't work. its defenetly not a regular hash(i tried).
i know the type of the system.
can you give me a hint that not tells me the things i already know plz?

If you can see the text that the system send to the admin- you don't need to force the system to send it to you, you got the encrypted password- what can you do with that?

i found the string(encripted) and there is no need to send it to me..
now plz answer my questions. i don't have any idea how to decript it and it not MD5,MD4,all the ones that Cain offer and its not a simple hash.
what can it be then?

the problem is i don't really know how to use cain..
i tried the hash calculator there and all the decripters that are on the little squares up. didn't work :(
if you'll just tell me what kind of hash it is i'll solve it in a sec.

In a similar post by the same name in this forum cp77fk4r
tells us out right that it is using MD5 to encrypt the password. In my opinion such a statement would hint that it is MD5 encryption.
